To make your navigation easier, we have divided our products into 10 main categories.

In the catalogue of Metals & Plumbing you will find a variety of metal and plastic profiles as well as hydraulic fittings and rubber tubes to choose the right one for machining or other use.

In our fasteners catalogue you will find a wide range of stained glass and fasteners in metres and inches for any application you may need.

How do I order the products I want? On all pages of the e-shop next to each product there is the icon of the basket “Add to basket”. Navigate to our online store and add to your cart the products you wish to buy. Each time you select a product, drive to your cart. To continue shopping, select from the main categories the one containing the next item you are looking for and add it to your cart as well. When you have filled your cart with the products you want, press the “complete order” button. To be able to order you must be a member of www.metalindustrial.gr Fill in the form with your e-mail & the password you entered during your registration and login to the members area. If you are not a member click on the create new account button. Fill in an active email account in the new member registration form. The e-mail you register must exist because all our communication will be done through the e-mail you have registered during your registration. ORDERING PROCEDURE The order is completed in 5 steps. In the 1st step you choose whether you wish to issue a receipt or an invoice. In the 2nd step (depending on what you selected in the 1st step) you are given the opportunity to edit your Account Information and billing details In the 3rd step you select the shipping method… The options are to the billing address, pickup from a store or enter an alternative address. In the 4th step you select the Payment Method. Here you can choose to pay by Credit Card, Credit Card or Bank Deposit. Depending on what you choose, the corresponding form “loads”. All web offers are valid only for shipping to your location and not for pickup from the store. So if you have in your cart a product that is included in the web offers and you choose to pick it up from the store then it will be invoiced without any discount from the offer. If you pay by credit card, fill in the details on the form you are given. If you have American Express you must also fill in the start date of your card. Please note that the card must belong to the person who placed the order, as only then will we be able to deliver the order to you. The same applies if you order on behalf of a company. In this case, the card must be a company card and the name of the recipient must be written on the card. If you wish to make a deposit in a bank account, after your order is completed, deposit the amount of the products you purchased in the bank of your choice and send us a photocopy of the deposit by e-mail e-shop@metalindustrial.gr. As soon as we receive the proof of deposit we will send you your products. In the 5th step you note any comments or offer code and click complete the order. You will be asked to accept the terms of use which we suggest you read before completing your order. ORDER COMPLETION Upon completion of your order, the following message is displayed (example): Order completion Your online order has been successfully completed. Thank you for choosing the online store www.metalindustrial.gr of Metallobiomeinikis SA. The number of your online order is “………..” An automated email has been sent to the email address you provided when you registered, with all the details of your order that were on the previous page (please check your email). After the processing of the order by the online shopping department of Metal Industry SA, you will receive the second and confirmation email with the products that will be sent to you.

In the online shopping cart you put as many products as you are interested in buying. Up to the completion of the order you can remove, add and change the quantities in the products.

You can also leave products you are interested in in the online basket and they can stay there as long as you want. You do not need to be a member of Metal Industry to use the online cart.

SO BECOME A MEMBER TO VIEW YOUR BASKET FROM ANY COMPUTER

It is possible to view your cart from any computer if you are a member and have logged in to www.metalindustrial.gr. Your cart is automatically saved in your account, so from any computer you visit the www.metalindustrial.gr (and login) you will be able to view your cart, remove, add products and complete your purchases.

“Favorites” is different from the online shopping cart because it is filled not with what you need but with what you will want to get in the future!

By using “Favorites”, you put together everything you simply want to buy and like from our 70,000+ products, regardless of whether or not you ever plan to make a future purchase.

For companies and professionals it could be filled with products that you will want to buy at some point in the future to develop your work with a more efficient product or products that you buy often and want to have readily available at some point. It helps you to better organize and prioritize today’s desires, which can become tomorrow’s needs and priorities !

From the wish list you can easily transfer the products you wish to your cart with 1-click

You can delete a product from your “Favourites” list or transfer a product to your basket by clicking on the basket corresponding to each product.

The “Favorites” list is automatically activated by creating a member account at www.metalindustrial.gr.

TERMS OF USE FOR PRODUCT PRESENTATIONS AND CUSTOMER REVIEWS

These Terms of Use apply to product presentations and customer reviews, a service of www.metalindustrial.gr. They do not apply to the entire www.metalindustrial.gr website, which has its own Terms of Use.

By submitting your review and presentation to www.metalindustrial.gr, you agree and warrant that:

  • The content of the presentation is your own creation and is not the intellectual property of any third party
  • The presentation does not contain abusive, religious or racist comments, insults to other members of www.metalindustrial.gr and third party reviews, discussions about pirated software, illegal activities or deliberate abuse of the warranty and terms of use of the product
  • Your writings relate to the product under review, do not refer to the pricing of the product and are not misleading or deliberately defamatory.
  • The presentation does not include email addresses, personal information of third parties, telephone numbers, links from stores, malicious websites or websites with content that is not related to the product of the presentation.
  • Do not post multiple identical presentations (spamming)
  • You agree that Metallobiomechaniki SA (including all officers, employees and associates of the company) is not responsible for any legal or non-legal matter, natural or legal, arising as a result of ignoring the above Terms of Use.
  • For each presentation and evaluation you submit, you give Metallobiomechaniki SA the full ownership of such material to copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adopt, publish, translate, use in any electronic or printed form and sell it, without any intellectual property rights on it.
  • Each presentation and evaluation may be used as Metal Industrial SAE deems appropriate. Metallobiomechaniki SA has the inalienable right to change, modify or delete any form of material published on www.metalindustrial.gr and its subpages, if it considers that its content constitutes an abuse of the above Terms of Use.
  • Metallobiomeini SA does not guarantee that you will always be able to modify or delete the material you upload through www.metalindustrial.gr. However, Metal Industrial SA has the right to remove or refuse the publication of a presentation and evaluation for any reason.
  • By writing a review or presentation on www.metalindustrial.gr you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for its contents and not Metallobiomeini SA.
  • By providing your email address along with the presentation and evaluation of a product, you accept that Metallobiomeini SA has the right to use it to contact you about the status of the presentation or evaluation and for other administrative purposes.
  • Please do not use greeklish. Make your assessment easy to read and understand using Greek characters.

Tips for writing presentations
To see your presentation uploaded to www.metalindustrial.gr, we advise you to follow these simple rules:

  • Have actually used the product before writing your comments
  • Focus on the product’s features rather than its pricing or advertising
  • Avoid the use of inappropriate comments, information about other companies and websites, as well as personal information, yours or third parties’: Metal Industrial SA wants to protect your anonymity
  • Do you have a comment, question or issue that is not related to product presentations and reviews? Please contact e-shop@metalindustrial.gr and your message will be sent directly to the relevant department.

Press the LINK Fill in the new member registration form with your active email account and the Password you wish to use. Payment by Debit or Credit Card

You can pay for your order with any VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Diners debit or credit card. With your credit card you can pay for your order from .. up to .. installments.

Payment by Cash on Delivery

Pay for your order at the moment you receive it at your place.

This payment method is not available for orders

  • Above 500€ (including VAT) for individuals (retail receipt) and
  • Above 500€ (before VAT) for professionals/businesses (sales invoice).
  • Stel Welding equipment and raw material items that have been processed.

Payment by bank deposit

Pay your order by bank deposit directly through our site for immediate identification of your transaction! All you have to do is:

  • Choose a payment method: Deposit to a bank account.
  • Your preferred bank & login to your ebanking

Then all the fields are pre-filled and all that remains is to confirm your payment, just like online bill pay.

For your telephone order, ask us to send you a bank payment request to your email, following the same steps as Online.

*As soon as you make your deposit, send us the copy of the bank payment order to finance@metalindustrial.gr indicating your order number so that it can be easily and quickly identified. The order will be shipped after the payment has been identified.

Payment via PayPal

Pay instantly and securely for your online orders with the reliability of PayPal.

Delivery dates and times:

Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 09.00 am to 17.00 pm for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lasithi and Rethymno) via Speedex. For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of each Transport Company shall apply.

Place your order until 13.00 Monday to Friday and Metalloviomichaniki will send it the next working day to the cities of:

The capitals of the prefectures of Crete (Heraklion, Chania, Lasithi and Rethymno)

Within 2 to 3 working days to the capitals of the prefectures (Mainland and Peloponnese, and within 3-5 working days on islands and remote areas if the products you have ordered are available. For example, if you are in the Capital of a Prefecture and you order until 13.00 on Tuesday, you will receive it on Thursday – Friday, while in remote areas and villages you will receive it on Wednesday to Thursday. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times. In that case, Metalloviomichaniki cooperates with specific courier and transport companies. It delivers the products to them the next working day and they undertake the transport.

PICK UP FROM OUR STORE

You can pick up your order from our store.

At the completion of the order there is the option “Receive from the store” and you can choose the day and time you wish to receive your order.

If your order is registered by 15:00 and the products are immediately available, then the next working day will be ready for pickup.

When we receive your order, you will be notified by email so that you can come by to pick it up!

Your order will remain active for 2 days after its preparation. The payment of the order will be made at the counter of the store upon receipt.

If you choose to pay your order by credit card, we inform you that the charge will be made in the store. You must have your credit/debit card and your identity card (or passport) with you when paying for the order at the cashier of our store.

For orders over €150 the shipping costs are free of charge throughout Greece.

For orders under €150 the shipping costs are as follows:

Shipping with a conventional transport company

For heavy products over 15 kg it is recommended to use a transport company in which case this cost is a lump sum of €15. Metalloviomichaniki cooperates with transport companies throughout Greece, in an effort to cover even the most remote areas so that we can serve you. We would like to inform you that in this case the cost of €15 concerns the shipment of the products to the headquarters of the transport company and not to your declared address; therefore in order to receive the products you have to pick them up from the headquarters of the transport company.

The company reserves the right to refuse shipping by a transport company if the transport company itself denies it.

In case you want to use a transport company of your own choice with which Metalloviomichaniki does not cooperate, then the customer bears the shipping cost & responsibility, regardless of whether the order exceeds 150€.

My order is late or there is a problem
ORDER DELAY

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed to be shipped from our supplier
In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of domestic and international suppliers. But there are cases where an order can get “stuck” in customs or in transit, so we don’t have it in our warehouses when we calculate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask you if you want us to deliver the order without this product.
We will send you this item immediately after receiving it in our warehouses

The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available
Among the 70,000 products we display in our online store, there are rare cases where the supplier suddenly and without warning announces that they are discontinuing them. In this case an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.

– In periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order

– In case it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your details that you have registered in the member area are not correctly updated.

A PRODUCT IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER

If any product is missing from your order please call us at 2810 223 960 and we will find a solution for you immediately.

– If the mistake is ours, we take responsibility immediately and will send you the item as soon as possible at no charge.
– If it is a product that is not currently available in our warehouses, we will let you know when we expect it and whether there will be a possible charge for transport.

PRODUCT RETURNS

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement

a) in all cases in which, with proven fault of METALLOVIOMIOMIHANIKI SA, wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (wrong in receiving the order, in invoicing, in shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.) and
b ) in all cases in which there has been a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the product warranty and if the warranty has been given by METALLOVBIOMIOMIHANIKI SA. This provision does not apply to products covered by third-party guarantees such as those provided by the manufacturer of the product or its representative.

In all these cases, the customer has the option either to refuse to accept the receipt of the product from the beginning or, once received, to return the product within 14 days from the day of delivery.

In any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in perfect condition. In case they are not returned within 14 days then Metal Industrial SA may not accept any return and replacement. In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum time limit for return for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, in all cases, the product to be replaced/repaired must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g., DATA, Retailer’s Approval, etc.). Before any return, it is recommended to consult with the Electronic Shop of METALLOVBIOMIOMIHANIKI SA.

In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

– contact the Online Shop on the same day or the next working day
– the product has not been used
– the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retailer’s receipt, etc.)

Specifically:

– In the event that an item you have received is defective, you can bring / send the product to our store to be sent to the corresponding service point, where you will be charged the cost of transport. If the product shows a manufacturing defect, we replace it immediately free of charge.
– In case we send you the wrong item, we send you the right one and we will cover all shipping costs, old and new.
– If it does not fit, you can change it within 14 days (with full packaging), bearing the cost of transport to our store.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases:

– If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped you can call 2810 223 960 and one of our associates will take care of the cancellation of your order.
– After receiving the product, please call us at 2810 223 960 or contact us via the contact form explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will assist you directly and inform you about all your options
