Methods of Payment
a) Payment by Debit or Credit Card:
Payment by Credit Card: The e-shop of METALLOVIOMICHANIKI INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A. accepts all credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and DINERS. For purchases with your credit card, follow the instructions in our e-shop. You will be asked to fill out the order form and the number and expiration date, as well as the 3-digit number (CVV) on the back of your credit card. To complete the charge and according to the new security standards, you will be asked to enter the one-time password (OTP), which is sent to you by the bank of your card on the mobile phone that you have declared. Otherwise, you may approve the charge through the corresponding e-banking application. Upon delivery you must be present at the receipt of your order with your card and ID.. It is not allowed for a third party to receive your order by displaying your credit card and wanting to pay with it in your stead. In case the order is made on behalf of a company, then the card you use must be corporate, that is, to be issued with the data of the respective company. Upon receipt of the order, the holder of the corporate card shall be present, with the card and his/ her ID.
b) Payment upon receipt of your order at your place (cash on delivery):
Pay the partner of our company upon delivery of your order at your place. Cash on delivery method applies to the following cities: Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lasithi and Rethymno) and for the rest of Greece in case the parcel does not exceed 15kg. The cost of cash on delivery amounts to €1.50 + VAT
According to the current tax provisions, receipts of more than €500 (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and invoices of more than €500 (before VAT) to professionals/ companies (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY in the following ways:
• Deposit/ transfer to a bank account
• Charge on credit or debit card
c) Pick up and payment of your order in the store
In the final stage of completing your order, select “Pick up from store” in the Shipping Method. If your order is entered by 15:00 and the products are immediately available, then the next working day they will be in the store for receipt. Your order will remain in the store for 2 days. The payment of the order will be made at the counter of the store upon receipt. In case you choose to pay your order with a credit card, we inform you that the charge will be made at the store. You should have your credit card and your ID (or passport) with you when paying the order at the counter of the store.
d) Payment via PayPal
By choosing PayPal as your payment method, you are automatically transferred to the PayPal page to complete the transaction and pay for the order. PayPal is the most well-known, secure and reliable intermediary for online transactions. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up here, using your debit or credit card or through your bank account.
Transactions made through PayPal relate exclusively to delivery at the customer’s site and are not combined with other payment methods. For questions and information about payments, you can go here. e) Payment through Bank Account
After completing the order, you will be transferred to the IRIS payment service, through which you will be able to complete your payment. Choose the bank that serves you and you will be led to the corresponding e-banking environment. After logging in, the required fields (customer details, order and value) will be filled in automatically and all you have to do is confirm the transfer. Once the payment is successful then your order is automatically updated.

and send us a copy of the bank payment order at finance@metalindustrial.gr , indicating your order number so that the identification can be done easily and quickly. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we process your order.
