Tube Bending
We offer the possibility of designing and bending pipes from Φ12 to Φ60.
Specifically:
Stainless steel and iron pipes.
Φ12, Φ16, Φ20, Φ21.3, Φ22, Φ25, Φ26.9, Φ30, Φ33.7, Φ40, Φ42.4, Φ48.3, Φ60.3
Pipe Threading
We offer the possibility of making thread in pipes and shafts.
Specifically:
Tubes Iron, Stainless steel from ½ ”to 2” BSP.
Rods Irons, Aluminum, Brass & Steel constructions (CK45 – CK60), thread M6-8-10-12-16-20-24 in the desired length.
Roller Bending
Possibility of shaping helical and arched (handrails) shape in pipes, blades, shafts, strung squares and rectangles.
Specifically:
• Plates: from 4 mm to 8 mm
• Tubes: From Φ22 to Φ48
• Square Bars – Rods: From 3 mm to 12 mm
• Square & Rectangular tubes: From 20 mm to 40 mm
Wire Ropes construction
Possibility of pressing ropes up to 20mm diameter.
Choose from a large number of accessories such as loops, rings, hooks, etc.
