www.metalindustrial.gr is the e-shop for the exhibition and distribution of products through the Internet of the Greek anonymous society “METALLOVIOMICHANIKI INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A.”, having its seat on Street Ξ6, Industrial Area of Heraklion, Greece (VAT No.: 094483540 / Tax Office of Heraklion). Before entering the e-shop and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of the e-shop of METALLOVIOMICHANIKI S.A.
By sending your order, you accept all the terms.
METALLOVIOMICHANIKI S.A. reserves the right to unilaterally amend or renew these terms and conditions of transactions made through its e-shop. However, it undertakes to inform consumers on any change through the website of this e-shop.
The use of the e-shop by minors or persons deprived of legal capacity is prohibited.
2. Supplied information & Products
“METALLOVIOMICHANIKI” is committed to the completeness and validity of the information provided on its website www.metalindustrial.gr , both in terms of the essential features of each product on a case-by-case basis and for the accuracy of the information relating to the services provided by the e-shop of METALLOVIOMICHANIKI, subject to any technical or typing errors having escaped attention or having occurred unintentionally or due to any disruption of the website due to force majeure.
The listed prices of the e-shop products are exclusively for e-shop orders and may differ from the prices in the physical store.
3. Limitation of Liability
Within the framework of its transactions via the e-shop, “METALLOVIOMICHANIKI” shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of orders, non-execution, or delay in their execution, for any reason. It does not guarantee the availability of products which are displayed in the e-shop but informs the interested customer about their availability. The e-shop provides the content, the products and the services available through the website “exactly as they are”. In no case shall “METALLOVIOMICHANIKI” be liable for any damage that any visitor of the e-shop or third party may suffer for reasons related to the operation or not and/ or the use of the website and/ or inability to provide services and/ or products and/ or information available to him/ her and/ or from any unauthorised third-party interventions in products and/ or services and/ or information available through it.
4. Liability of user
The users of the website www.metalindustrial.gr accept that they will neither use the website nor the e-shop of METALLOVIOMICHANIKI for sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or transmitting by other means of any content that a) is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, annoying, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous; b) that violates someone else’s privacy; c) shows empathy, or expresses racial, ethnic, or other discrimination; d) may cause harm to minors in any way; e) that is not allowed to be transmitted in accordance with the law or contractual or managerial relationships (such as internal information, property and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part as employment relationship or covered by confidentiality agreements); f) that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of third parties; g) contains software or any other codes, files or programs, designed for the interruption, damage, destruction or obstruction of the operation of any computer software or hardware; h) intentionally or unintentionally violates applicable Greek and EU laws and its provisions; i) may harass third parties in any way; j) is used to collect or store users’ personal data.

All content of the website, posted by METALLOVIOMICHANIKI, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, services and products are the intellectual property of METALLOVIOMICHANIKI and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law and international conventions. The names, images, logos and distinctive marks representing METALLOVIOMICHANIKI and/or its e-shop and/or third parties contracted with them as well as their products or services, are exclusive marks and distinctive marks of METALLOVIOMICHANIKI and/ or www.metalindustrial.gr and/or of the above third parties and are protected by Greek, EU and international laws on trademarks and industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition.
In any case, their appearance and display on the website www.metalindustrial.gr should in no way be construed as a transfer or assignment of their license or right of use.

7. Order Cancellation
The cancellation of an order is possible in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process, you can go “back” and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the “remove” button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not been sent yet, you may call 2810 223 960 or send us an e-mail at e-shop@metalindustrial.gr and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.
8. Return & Replacement
By purchasing from our e-shop, you are entitled to return the products you bought and request their replacement:
- 1) In all cases in which, with our proven error, the wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.)
- 2) In all cases in which there was a problem or an actual defect in the product (of operation or quality), which is covered by its guarantee and if the guarantee has been given by us. This provision does not cover products covered by third party guarantees, such as the product manufacturer or its representative.
In all these cases, you may, on first hand, refuse to accept the receipt of the product or, if you have received it, return the product within 14 days from the day of delivery.
In the above two cases you shall not be charged with shipping costs of the product to be returned, as long as you send them by the same means that they have been sent to you.
- 3) In any case you wish to change the products for your personal reasons, or the number/ size is not what you want.
In this case you shall be charged with shipping costs of the product to be returned.
In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition they were received, complete and without damage. The packaging of the product should be the one that usually accompanies it and shall be in excellent condition. In case they are not returned within 14 days, then we may not accept any return and replacement.
For all cases, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition, for all cases the product you want to replace or repair, must necessarily be accompanied by all the accompanying documents (e.g. ID, Retail receipt, etc.)
In any case, the value of the new order should be equal to or greater than the previous one.
9. Right of Withdrawal for distance purchases
In case of distance purchases (e.g. via the Internet), you may return a product and we will pay the price if you notify us in writing via the contact form https://www.metalindustrial.gr/contact/ https://www.metalindustrial.gr/contact/ or by phone to the E-shop Department at +30 2810 223 960 within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. By exercising the withdrawal, you are obliged to return to us the product in its original excellent condition (as new) in which it was delivered or to provide us with clear and indisputable proof that you have sent it safely within 14 calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal and within the same deadline we are obliged to return to you any amounts you have paid us using the method of payment which you have chosen to pay us the price. In case you have paid us with a payment card, we immediately initialise the payment order to the card issuer and we are not responsible for any delays in crediting the price to you.
The consumer shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than that which is determined by the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. We shall not be held liable and shall not compensate the consumer nor shall the withdrawal produce results in case of damage to the goods by fault of the consumer or in case of use which is not compatible to the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
In case your order has been delivered to the courier or transport company and the process of sending the parcel has started, you shall be charged with the shipping and return costs of the products, which shall be deducted from the amount that will be returned to you.
You are not entitled to withdraw in the cases of article 3(l) of law 2251/94 and in any other case that is provided by law or the present in accordance with the law. For instance, you are not entitled to withdraw in the case:
- 1) of products which are not suitable for return, for health or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- 2) of products that have been cut – manufactured in accordance with the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- 3) of goods that may be damaged or expire soon
Once we receive and inspect the products to be returned, we will inform you electronically or by phone whether the return of the products will be acceptable or not.
10. Commercial Guarantees
The guarantees are provided by the manufacturers or representatives (importers) of the products themselves under their own responsibility. It is emphasized that apart from guarantees provided by the manufacturers or representatives (importers), METALLOVIOMICHANIKI does not provide its own guarantee or an extension. The device guarantee is valid according to the manufacturer from the date of its purchase and provides free repair of the problem, given that the following conditions are met:
- – There is the agency’s guarantee and the proof of purchase of the device.
- – The fixed components of the device (Serial Number) have not been altered
- – The damage is not guarantee-excluded according to the manufacturer’s guarantee form.
“METALLOVIOMICHANIKI” shall bear no responsibility in relation to the compliance of manufacturers and importers with their obligations under the law in relation to guarantees. Please note that the guarantee period is proved exclusively by the date of purchase of the product, while in case of loss it is not possible to invoke the guarantee. In the event of any problem with the operation of the product, please contact the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s representative directly.
According to Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with the Joint Ministerial Decision number 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic consumer dispute resolution is now provided through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process throughout the European Union. If the customer has the status of consumer (i.e. a natural person acting outside their professional capacity) and faces any problem with a purchase made from our Website, he/ she can initiate the ADR process through the single all-union platform for electronic dispute resolution (ADR platform) available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm
11. Applicable law
The above terms and conditions of use of the e-shop of “METALLOVIOMICHANIKI” (www.metalindustrial.gr), as well as any amendment thereof, shall be subject to Greek law and be interpreted accordingly. Any provision of the above terms is deemed void or voidable by the competent Greek court, ceases to apply, without this affecting the validity of the other Terms. This is the entire agreement between the e-shop of the company “METALLOVIOMICHANIKI” (www.metalindustrial.gr) and the member/ user of its web pages and services and shall be binding only between them. No amendment to these terms shall be taken into account and shall not form part of this agreement unless it has been formulated in writing and incorporated into it. The courts of Heraklion, Crete shall be competent for resolving any disputes.
