Before entering the e-shop and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of the e-shop of METALLOVIOMICHANIKI S.A.<\/p>\n\n

8. Return & Replacement<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

By purchasing from our e-shop, you are entitled to return the products you bought and request their replacement:<\/p>\n\n

  1. 1) In all cases in which, with our proven error, the wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.)<\/li>
  2. 2) In all cases in which there was a problem or an actual defect in the product (of operation or quality), which is covered by its guarantee and if the guarantee has been given by us. This provision does not cover products covered by third party guarantees, such as the product manufacturer or its representative.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n

    In all these cases, you may, on first hand, refuse to accept the receipt of the product or, if you have received it, return the product within 14 days from the day of delivery.<\/p>\n\n

    In the above two cases you shall not be charged with shipping costs of the product to be returned, as long as you send them by the same means that they have been sent to you.<\/p>\n\n
